Cairo – Mubasher: Arabia Investments Holding achieved consolidated net profits of EGP 57.3 million in the first nine months of 2021, up by 6.2% year-on-year (YoY) from EGP 53.95 million, including minority shareholders' rights.
The net profits attributable to the parent company's shareholders increased to EGP 56.25 million from EGP 44.15 million, while the net profits attributable to minority interests declined to EGP 1.04 million from EGP 9.79 million, according to a bourse disclosure on Sunday.
The revenues fell to EGP 1.208 billion in the January-September period, compared to EGP 1.234 billion in the year-ago period.
Meanwhile, the standalone net losses narrowed to EGP 5.61 million in the nine-month period ended 30 September from EGP 6.88 million in the corresponding period a year earlier.
In the first half (H1) of 2021, the company reported consolidated net profits of EGP 42.08 million, up from EGP 22.74 million in H1-20.
