Riyadh – Mubasher: Aseer Trading, Tourism, and Manufacturing Company (Aseer) has generated SAR 10.20 million in net profit after Zakat and tax during the first quarter (Q1) of 2022, versus net losses of SAR 1.40 million in Q1-21.
Revenues stood at SAR 473 million in the first three months (3M) of 2022, an annual growth of 10.98% from SAR 426.20 million, according to a bourse disclosure on Monday.
In addition, the earnings per share (EPS) settled at SAR 0.08 in Q1-22, compared to a loss per share of SAR 0.01 in Q1-21.
On a quarterly basis, the revenues in Q1-22 inched up by 0.53% from SAR 470.50 million in Q4-21, while Aseer turned profitable against net losses of SAR 34.80 million in the January-March 2021 period.
Meanwhile, the accumulated losses totalled SAR 29.90 million, accounting for 2.37% of the SAR 1.26 billion capital, at the end of Q1-22.
In 2021, the Saudi listed firm registered net losses after Zakat and tax worth SAR 63.50 million, higher by 30.92% than SAR 48.50 million in 2020.
