Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of United Wire Factories Company (Aslak) decided on 31 January to distribute cash dividends worth SAR 15.79 million for 2020 and the second half (H2) of 2021.
The Saudi listed company will pay SAR 695,045 of the dividends’ total amount for 2020 and SAR 15.09 million for H2-21, according to a bourse filing.
Aslak will distribute a dividend of SAR 0.45 per share for a total of 35.10 million eligible shares.
The company noted that the dividends represent 4.5% of the capital.
The eligibility and distribution dates will be on 10 and 21 February, respectively.
