Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Bahrain National Holding Co approved the board’s recommendation of distributing cash dividends for fiscal year 2016.
The company will pay a cash dividend of 20% or 20 fils per share, with a total value of BHD 2.27 million, for FY16, according to a bourse statement issued on Tuesday.
During FY16, the company achieved a profit of BHD 3.88 million which was 4.20% lower than BHD 4.05 million in FY15.
