Tunis-Mubasher: Best Lease shareholders approved the distribution of cash dividends for the fiscal year 2014, the company said in a bourse filing Tuesday.
According to the company, a total of TND 4.1 million will be distributed in dividends for 2014, while TND 154,300 will be paid as deferred dividends for FY13, in addition to TND 104,660 in deferred dividends.
Thus, distributed dividends will amount to nearly TND 4.44 million ($2.26 million).
The dividend distribution will be effect on Friday, 7 August.
The company posted a 28% rise in FY14 net profits to TND 4.18 million ($2.1 million), compared with TND 3.2 million ($1.6 million) a year earlier.
