Cairo – Mubasher: The consolidated net profits of CI Capital Holding For Financial Investments leaped to EGP 171.72 million in the first quarter (Q1) of 2022 from EGP 3.28 million in Q1-21, including minority shareholders’ rights.
The revenues surged to EGP 763.47 million in the January-March period of 2022, compared to EGP 559.61 million in the prior-year period, according to the company’s financial results on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, the company generated EGP 245.30 million in the standalone net profit during the first three months (3M) of 2022, versus EGP 124.64 million during the same period in 2021.
In addition, the earnings per share (EPS) stood at EGP 0.22 in Q1-22, higher than EGP 0.11 in Q1-21.
It is worth noting that in 2021, CI Capital registered consolidated net profits after tax worth EGP 1.53 billion, an annual hike of 147.90% from EGP 619.91 million.
