Cairo-Mubasher: Cairo Oils and Soap said its extraordinary general meeting held on Monday gave a nod to the offer submitted by Al-Safa International to buy the company’s plant in Badrshein for nearly EGP 105 million.
In January, the company stopped the plant as it operates with a very low production capacity.
During the meeting, shareholders approved to increase the authorised capital to EGP 1 billion from EGP 240 million, as well as amending article No. 6 of the articles of association.
