UAE - Mubasher: Damac Properties has awarded new contracts at a total value of AED 313.50 million for the development of DAMAC Hills project, according to a press release.
The company hired Engineering Construction and Reconstruction Company to develop 190 villas of Bel Air cluster in the project, which is located on Umm Suqeim Road and Hessa Street.
In addition, the contractor will also carry out the main works in the Golf Gate cluster, formerly known as Golf Vita B. The development scheme features a 30-floor residential building next to Golf Vita A.
Meanwhile, the excavation process is finished while the piling work is almost completed.

Last May, Damac Properties acquired a land plot in Miami at a value of $120 million, marking its entry into the US market.
