Riyadh – Mubasher: Eastern Province Cement Company will pay a cash dividend of SAR 1.4 per share, representing 14% of the share’s par value, for the first half (H1) of 2021.
The total value of the dividends stands at SAR 120.4 million for 86 million shares eligible for distribution, according to a bourse disclosure on Monday.
The cement firm will disburse the dividends on 23 August for the shareholders of record date equivalent to 8 August.
Earlier this year, the company said it would pay SAR 215 million as cash dividends for the full year 2020.
