Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Starch and Glucose incurred net losses of EGP 52.99 million in 2020, up by 211.7% year-on-year (YoY) from EGP 17 million.
The sales retreated to EGP 803.68 million last year from EGP 946.02 million in 2019, the company said in a bourse disclosure on Wednesday.
During the first six months of 2020, the Egyptian Starch and Glucose suffered net losses of EGP 7.6 million, up from EGP 5.9 million in the corresponding period a year earlier.
