Abu Dhabi - Mubasher: The board of Emirates Driving Co (Drive) has recommended distributing cash dividends, equivalent to 100% of the paid capital, for 2020.
The cash dividend distribution aggregates at a total amount of AED 89.79 million, according to the company's disclosure to the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) on Wednesday.
It is noteworthy to mention that in 2020, the company's net profits attributable to the owners recorded AED 126.758 million, up from AED 105.293 million in 2019.
