Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of Leejam Sports Company (Fitness Time) decided, on 9 March, the distribution of SAR 58.14 million as cash dividends for the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2022.
Fitness Time will disburse SAR 1.11 per share, equivalent to 11.10% of the share nominal value, for 52.38 million eligible shares.
Meanwhile, the eligibility and distribution dates for the dividends will be 14 and 27 March 2023, respectively.
Last year, the Saudi firm achieved SAR 257.30 million in net profit after Zakat and tax, higher by 24.90% than SAR 206 million in 2021.
Revenues jumped by 20.39% to SAR 1.06 billion in 2022 from SAR 885.30 million in 2021, whereas the earnings per share (EPS) increased to SAR 4.91 from SAR 3.93.
