Riyadh - Mubasher: Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Company’s (GO) accumulated losses retreated to SAR 10.919 million, accounting for 12.13% of the company’s share capital.
Lower accumulated losses are attributed to the decision of the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on a capital cut to SAR 89.999 million.
The 60.62% of the accumulated losses amounting to SAR 138.577 million have been amortised.
The capital cut doesn’t have any impact on the company’s financial obligations.
