Cairo – Mubasher: Golden Textiles and Clothes Wool’s ordinary general meeting (OGM) has agreed to distribute cash dividends of 50 piasters per share for fiscal year 2016.
Total dividends amount to EGP 7.14 million and will be disbursed in two tranches, according to a bourse filing released on Sunday.
The OGM also adopted the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2016, in addition to the board's and auditors' reports on the year.
The stock fell on Thursday by 6.56% to EGP 5.13.
