Dubai – Mubasher: Gulf General Investment Company’s (GGICO) board of directors has appointed Abdalla Juma Majid Al Sari as a new chairman during a meeting held on Monday.
The board also agreed to appoint Majid Abdalla Juma Al Sari as a vice chairman, a member of the audit committee, and a member of the nomination and remuneration committee, according to a statement to the Dubai Financial Market (DFM).
GGICO further noted that Ahmad Yousuf Habib Al Yousuf, Hamad Saif Hamad Al Muhairi, and Mohamed Ali Abdalla Al Sari have been appointed as board members.
On Tuesday, GGICO’s general assembly approved the continuity of the firm’s operations.
