Mubasher: Gulf Hotels Group posted net earnings of BHD 1.41 million ($3.72 million) for the fourth quarter of 2015, down 22.2% year-on-year from BHD 1.8 million ($4.77 million).
Full-year earnings also dropped 18.4% to BHD 9.2 million, compared with BHD 11.28 million in 2014.
The board recommended cash dividends at 30% of capital, or 30 fils a share.
