Dubai – Mubasher: The shareholders of Gulfa Mineral Water and Processing Industries Company approved to change the company name and add new activities to the company.
The decision came during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) on Sunday, 22 December, according to a disclosure to the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) on Monday.
It is noteworthy to mention that on 19 September, the board members approved to amend the firm’s name to Gulfa Holding Company and called for the general assembly to meet for considering the agreed items.
