Riyadh – Mubasher: Jazan Energy and Development Company (Jazadco) has appointed Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Resheid as its new CEO effective from 1 November 2022, according to a bourse filing.
Al Resheid has a master's degree in project and systems management from the Catholic University of America, in addition to a bachelor's degree in finance from King Saud University.
With a diversified experience in the business and industrial sector, the new official held different leadership positions during his career, including his last role as the strategic planning director at the Global Company for Downstream Industries (GDI).
Last April, the Saudi company announced Sultan Abdulaziz Al Mubarak and Feras Khalid Al Bawardi as the board’s Chairman and Vice Chairman for the next three years, respectively.
In the first six months (6M) of 2022, Jazadco registered net profits after Zakat and tax worth SAR 28.33 million, an annual leap of 186.97% from SAR 9.87 million.
