Riyadh – Mubasher: Jazan Energy and Development Company (Jazadco) recorded a 75.83% year-on-year (YoY) increase in its net profits to SAR 3.56 million in the first quarter (Q1) of 2022, compared to SAR 2.02 million.
The company's revenues increased by 13.53% to SAR 26.31 million in Q1-22 from SAR 23.17 million in the same period of 2021, according to a bourse filing on Monday.
The earnings per share (EPS) settled at SAR 0.07 in the January-March period of 2022, versus SAR 0.04 in the year-ago period.
It is noteworthy to mention that in 2021, Jazadco has posted net profits after Zakat and tax worth SAR 13.28 million, up 23.17% from SAR 10.78 million in 2020.
