Riyadh – Mubasher: Kingdom Holding Company has registered net profits after Zakat and tax worth SAR 5.92 billion during the first quarter (Q1) of 2022, an annual leap of 6,407.37% from SAR 91.06 million.
The revenues reached SAR 450.04 million during the January-March period in 2022, a 157.33% year-on-year (YoY) hike from SAR 174.88 million, according to a bourse disclosure on Monday.
During the first quarter (Q1) of 2022, the earnings per share (EPS) jumped to SAR 1.6, compared to SAR 0.02 in Q1-21.
On a quarterly basis, the company’s revenues in Q1-22 fell by 21.55% from SAR 573.73 million in Q4-21, while the net profits surged by 1,361.55% from SAR 405.43 million.
In 2021, Kingdom Holding recorded net profits after Zakat and tax worth SAR 1.01 billion, against net losses of SAR 1.46 billion in 2020.
