Riyadh - Mubasher: Ladun Investment Company has named Nasser Saad Al Arifi and Ibrahim Fahad Mohammed Al Assaf as the board’s Chairman and Vice Chairman for the coming three years, respectively.
In addition, the company appointed Hassan Shawqi Ahmed Al Hazmi as its new CEO, according to a recent bourse filing.
Al Hazmi assumed his new position on 6 September 2022 after succeeding Suliman Abdulaziz Albatli, who became the company’s Managing Director.
Meanwhile, Al Arifi and Al Assaf assumed their roles for a new board term that started on 28 August 2022 and will remain in position until 27 August 2025.
In the first half (H1) of 2022, the company’s net profits after Zakat and tax plummeted by 59.16% year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 30.01 million from SAR 73.48 million.
It is worth noting that Ladun Investment began the listing and trading of its shares on the Parallel Market (Nomu) of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) under the symbol 9535 last June.
