Riyadh – Mubasher: The net profits after Zakat and tax of Ladun Investment Company amounted to SAR 60.19 million in 2022, an annual drop of 25.51% from SAR 80.80 million.
On the other hand, the revenues hit SAR 881.17 million last year, higher by 14.46% than SAR 769.82 million in 2021, according to the income statements.
Earnings per share (EPS) retreated to SAR 1.20 as of 31 December 2022 from SAR 1.62 a year earlier.
Dividends for H2-22
The board members announced cash dividends worth SAR 15 million for the second half (H2) of 2022.
In this regard, the Saudi firm will pay out a dividend of SAR 0.30 per share, equivalent to 3% of the share nominal value, for 50 million eligible shares.
Meanwhile, the distribution date will be within 15 days from the eligibility date of 15 May 2023.
In H1-22, Ladun Investment witnessed 59.16% lower net profits after Zakat and tax at SAR 30.01 million, compared to SAR 73.48 million in H1-21.
