Riyadh – Mubasher: Lazurde Company for Jewelry witnessed net profits after Zakat and tax worth SAR 34.20 million in 2022, an annual increase of 55.45% from SAR 22 million.
Revenues amounted to SAR 1.99 billion as of 31 December 2022, up 1.43% year-on-year (YoY) from SAR 1.97 billion, according to the income statements.
Furthermore, the earnings per share (EPS) rose to SAR 0.59 last year from SAR 0.44 in 2021.
Dividends
The board of Lazurde proposed, on 23 March 2023, the distribution of SAR 17.25 million as cash dividends for 2022.
In this regard, the firm would pay out a dividend of SAR 0.30 per share, representing 3% of the share nominal value, for 57.50 million eligible shares.
Meanwhile, the distribution date will be announced at a later time.
In the first nine months (9M) of 2022, the company’s net profits after Zakat and tax enlarged by 20.77% YoY to SAR 31.40 million from SAR 26 million.
