Riyadh – Mubasher: Middle East Specialized Cables Company (MESC) has announced the resignation of Fawwaz Mubarak Almugbel from his position as group CEO, effective from 2 December 2021.
Almugbel will resign from MESC due to his personal circumstance and unwillingness to renew his contract, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.
It is noteworthy to mention that during the first half (H1) of 2021, MESC achieved net profits after Zakat and tax worth SAR 3.5 million, against losses of SAR 1.2 million in H1-20.
