Riyadh – Mubasher: National Building and Marketing Company has agreed with Ukraine-based Yuzhmash International Company to extend the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), signed on 3 May to establish a limited liability military industries company for three months.
Both companies have extended the agreement to complete the regular and legal procedures with the relevant authorities to establish the company, according to a bourse filing on Monday.
