Mubasher: The shareholders of National Cleaning have approved the board’s recommendation to distribute 5% of the capital as cash dividends for fiscal year 2018.
National Cleaning will pay 5 fils per share at a total value of KWD 1.163 million on 23 June to the shareholders of record date 18 June.
The shareholders also approved, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) on 23 May, to pay KWD 30,000 as remuneration to the board members for FY18, according to a bourse disclosure on Sunday.
During the past year, National Cleaning achieved an increase of 11.5% in profits to KWD 1.46 million from KWD 1.31 million in FY17.
