Riyadh – Mubasher: National Gypsum Company’s shareholders gave the green light to distributing cash dividends at 6% of capital, or SAR0.60 per share, totaling SAR19 million for the fiscal year 2015.
The dividends will be paid on 28 April to shareholders of record till the date of the ordinary general meeting.
Moreover, they approved a remuneration of SAR227,000 for B Of D members, SAR44,000 each, as well as the reports of the board and auditor for the fiscal year 2015.
