Mubasher: Phoenix Power Company’s profits rose in the second quarter of the fiscal year 2016 by 2.5% to about OMR 10 million ($26 million), versus OMR 9.8 million ($25.37 million) in Q2-15.
In the first half of the year, net profit grew by 40.63% to OMR 4.5 million from OMR 3.2 million in the same period of 2015, according to a bourse filing released on Wednesday.
The company earlier posted net losses of about OMR 5.6 million in Q1-16, compared to OMR 6.65 million in Q1-15.
