Cairo – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Qatar National Bank Al Ahli (QNB Al Ahli) agreed to disburse a dividend of EGP 0.75 per share.
The shareholders granted their approval for the cash dividends distribution during their meeting that was held on 16 February 2023, according to a bourse filing.
In 2022, QNB Al Ahli posted a 36% year-on-year (YoY) growth in consolidated net profits after tax to EGP 10.35 billion in 2022, compared to EGP 7.62 billion.
The net interest, fees, and commission income reached EGP 22.41 billion as of 31 December 2022, up from EGP 17.36 billion a year earlier.
Meanwhile, the bank’s standalone net profits after tax amounted to EGP 10.12 billion in 2022, a 36% YoY rise from EGP 7.45 billion.
