Cairo – Mubasher: Reacap Financial Investments recorded consolidated net profits after tax worth EGP 46.43 million in 2022, versus EGP 89.30 million in 2021, according to the income statements.
The company's revenues increased to EGP 129.57 million in 2022 from EGP 109.81 million in 2021, whereas the total assets declined to EGP 1.20 billion from EGP 1.28 billion.
Standalone Financial Results
Reacap turned profitable at EGP 36.07 million in 2022, against standalone net losses after tax of EGP 1.08 million in the 12-month period that ended on 31 December 2021.
Total non-consolidated assets jumped to EGP 621.27 million last year from EGP 591.34 million in 2021.
The earnings per share (EPS) stood at EGP 0.32 as of 31 December 2022, compared to a loss per share worth EGP 0.01 a year earlier.
In the first nine months (9M) of 2022, the EGX-listed firm logged consolidated profits worth EGP 67.45 million, down 15.95% from EGP 80.25 million in 9M-21, including minority shareholders’ rights.
