Cairo – Mubasher: Arab Valves’ shareholders of record till 25 July 2016 would be entitled to cash dividends of EGP 0.05 per share, according to a bourse filing.
Earlier, the shareholders decided to increase FY15 cash dividend payout to EGP1.40 from EGP1.25 per share, totaling EGP656.2 million.
The dividends will be paid out starting of 28 July 2016, at total amount of EGP 2.5 million for the fiscal year 2015.
The company reported net profits of EGP 5.7 million in 2015, up from EGP 4.7 million a year earlier.
