Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Response Plus Holding has announced the resignation of Tomon Louis from his position as the company’s CEO, which became effective on 12 June, according to a bourse filing.
Baneesh Valia Pediyel, Deputy CEO of Response Plus Holding, will handle duties of Louis until the appointment of a new CEO.
Last April, the ADX-listed company’s board members greenlighted further cash dividends amounting to AED 14 million for 2022. This followed the distribution of AED 50 million as interim dividends in January 2023.
The annual general assembly meeting agreed to grant the shareholders a dividend of AED 0.07 per share, making the total amount of dividends represent 7% of the capital.
