Dubai – Mubasher: The board members of Islamic Arab Insurance Company (Salama) have elected Saeed Mubarak Rashed Saeed Alhajeri to be the Chairman.
Salama also announced that Mohammed Ahmad Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Al Shehhi was appointed as the Vice Chairman of the board.
It is worth noting that the key appointments were disclosed during the board meeting that was held on 24 April.
Meanwhile, the shareholders of Salama recently approved to cut the capital by 22.34% to AED 939.58 million from AED 1.21 billion.
In 2022, the listed firm generated lower net profits worth AED 45.27 million, while the revenues soared to AED 1.11 billion.
