Riyadh - Mubasher: Saudi Cable Company has appointed Nael Fayez as the new Managing Director, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.
Fayez will assume his new role on 1 August 2022 and will remain in position until 13 January 2024. The new official holds bachelor's and executive master’s degrees in Business Administration.
He also has a 10-year experience in the treasury department at Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Aramco).
Last February, Saudi Cable’s shareholders approved to reduce the capital to SAR 262.31 million from SAR 360.61 million.
