Saudi Tadawul Group logs nearly SAR 278.5m profits in H1-22

Riyadh – Mubasher: The net profits after Zakat and tax of Saudi Tadawul Group Holding Company fell by 23.12% to SAR 278.30 million in the first half (H1) of 2022, compared to SAR 362 million in H1-21.

Revenues totalled SAR 592.10 million in January-June 2022, lower by 8.33% than SAR 645.90 million in the year-ago period, according to the interim financial results on Sunday.

Moreover, the earnings per share (EPS) went down to SAR 2.32 in H1-22 from SAR 3.02 in H1-21.

During the second quarter (Q2) of 2022, the net profits after Zakat and tax reached SAR 137.70 million, a 23.96% year-on-year (YoY) plunge from SAR 181.10 million.

The revenues plummeted by 4.91% YoY to SAR 298.10 million in Q2-22, versus SAR 313.50 million.

In the first three months (3M) of 2022, Saudi Tadawul Group achieved net profits after Zakat and tax of SAR 140.60 million, a 21.71% drop from SAR 179.60 million during the same period a year earlier.
