Riyadh – Mubasher: The net profits after Zakat and tax of Saudi Tadawul Group Holding Company plunged by 27.75% to SAR 424.60 million in 2022, compared to SAR 587.70 million in 2021.
Revenues went down by 8.12% year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 1.07 billion as of 31 December 2022, versus SAR 1.16 billion, according to the annual financial results.
The earnings per share (EPS) stood at SAR 3.54 during January-December 2022, lower than SAR 4.90 in 2021.
Dividends
The company’s board recommended on 25 February 2023 cash dividends worth SAR 277.13 million for 2022.
In this regard, Saudi Tadawul Group would disburse SAR 2.31 per share, equivalent to 23.10% of the share nominal, for 120 million eligible shares.
Meanwhile, the distribution date for the dividends will be announced at a later time.
During the first nine months (9M) of 2022, the listed firm witnessed 23.01% lower net profits after Zakat and tax at SAR 367.40 million, compared to 477.20 million in 9M-21.
