Abu Dhabi - Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Sawaeed Holding has approved cash dividend distribution, equivalent to 10% of the capital, for 2020.
The total amount of cash dividend distribution is valued at around AED 5.11 million, according to the company's disclosure to the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) on Monday.
The shareholders set the last entitlement date on 22 March 2021 and the ex-dividends date on 23 March 2021.
It is noteworthy to mention that in 2020, the company incurred net losses of AED 5 million, against AED 36.7 million net profits in the earlier year.
