Financial statements for Shira Real Estate Development and Investment for the fiscal year (FY) ending December 31, 2014, revealed a decline in loss by 13.59% to JOD 143.3 THD ($201.7 THD) against JOD 165.86 THD ($233.5 THD) during the same period of 2013.
The total sales loss declined 36.68% to JOD 45.5 THD during the period, compared to JOD 71.9 THD.
Financials for the Company showed a loss amounting to JOD 131.19 THD during the nine-month period ending September 30, 2014, compared to JOD 164.28 THD during the same period of 2013.
Worth noting, the Company’s capital amounts to JOD 11.581 million, distributed on 11.581 shares at JOD 1 par value.
