Riyadh- Mubasher: Tabuk Cement Company posted a plummet of 69.6% in net profits after Zakat and tax to SAR 8.93 million in the first half (H1) of 2021 from SAR 29.45 million in H1-20.
Earnings per share declined to SAR 0.1 in H1-21 from SAR 0.33 in H1-20, according to the financial results on Thursday.
Revenues went down 0.6% on an annual basis to SAR 126.21 million in H1-21 from SAR 125.41 million in H1-20.
As for the second quarter (Q2) of 2021, the company achieved a leap of nearly 250% in net profits to SAR 1.89 million from SAR 540,000 in Q2-20.
Sales decreased by 1.46% to SAR 49.26 million in Q2-21 from SAR 49.99 million in the same three months a year ago.
On a quarterly basis, the net profits in Q2-21 were 73.9% lower than SAR 7.05 million in Q1-21, and the revenues shrank by 35.9% from SAR 76.96 million.
