Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Sunday announced adding one new stock and two real estate investment traded funds (REITs) to its indices on the Tadawul All Share Index (TASI).
Al Baha Investment and Development’s stock was added to the diversified financials sector, while Jadwa REIT Alharamain Fund units and Taaleem REIT units were added to the REITs sector index, Tadawul said in a statement.
The stocks were added to the index based on their last closing price on Thursday, 6 July, which saw Al Baha’s stock close at SAR 20.96, after increasing 0.14%.
Earlier in June, the Saudi Capital Market Authority (CMA) lifted its suspension of Al-Baha’s stock, after the company trimmed its accumulative losses to 15.7% of capital.
On Thursday, Jadwa REIT Alharamain Fund dropped 1.54% to SAR 12.13, while Taaleem REIT closed at SAR 12.84, after decreasing 2.05%.
Jadwa REIT Alharamain was listed on Tadawul on 30 April, while Taaleem REIT was listed on 30 May.
