Mubasher: Takaful International yielded profits of BHD 102,860 ($269,100) in the fourth quarter of 2016, against losses of BHD 963,150 ($2.5 million) in the year-ago period.
During fiscal year 2016, the company posted profits worth BHD 4.3,290 versus BHD 753,530 losses in FY15, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.
Earnings per share reached BHD 6.35 in 2016 from BHD 12.09 in 2015.
The company's board decided not to distribute annual dividends for 2016 in its meeting held on Monday.
