Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of Umm Al Qura Cement Company has appointed Abdullah Abdulaziz Suleiman Alabdulatif as Chairman of the company.
The board has also appointed Saud Mahamed Ali Al Sabhan as Vice-Chairman, according to a bourse filing on Sunday.
The board approved the formation of the Remuneration and Nominations committees, the appointment of representatives before the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Stock Exchange Company (Tadawul).
